CONCLUSIONS

The Freedom to make Critical Strategic Decisions

Important conclusions made from the survey!

Retailers are too busy to spend sufficient time making strategic decisions that will assist in protecting them from ever increasing competition and risk.

In many cases, retailers do not have sufficient information to enable these decisions. Where the information is available, retailers find themselves too busy in the operations to actually male an important strategic decision.

Retailers are looking for DASHBOARDS that will assist in presenting critical information in an easy to understand format so as to help them make important decisions. Retailers are also looking to implement tools that will reduce admin time, freeing them up so as to spend more time on strategy.
